A perfectly matched pair of Vibrant Apple Green Jadeite "Ping An Kou" (Donuts). These pieces exhibit a high degree of "water" (shui tou), giving them a translucent, jelly-like appearance. They are topped with two brilliant apple green cabochon studs, creating a continuous flow of colour from the ear to the drop.

Symbolism & Inspiration

These represent the Ripples on a Still Pond after a spring rain. The circular form is a nod to "Ping An" (Peace), while the twin drops represent balanced grace. It is inspired by the serene, scenic cinematography of classic East Asian period films, where every movement is intentional and elegant.
