At Ja’dew, we believe in creating jewellery that lasts — both in style and quality. To give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us, we now offer a Lifetime Service Warranty for all Ja’dew pieces.

 

🔒 1-Year Warranty on Gold-Plated & Vermeil Components

All our jewellery with gold-plated or gold vermeil parts (e.g. chains, clasps, findings) are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

If you experience any discolouration or fading of these parts under normal wear, we’ll replace the components free of charge.

📌 What’s considered normal wear?

Wearing your jewellery gently — not exposing it to perfumes, lotions, sweat, or water — will help extend its life. Our team will assess each case to determine if it qualifies under the warranty.

 

🔁 After 1 Year: Continued Support, Minimal Fees

After the first year, you’re still welcome to bring your jewellery back for:

• Part replacement (e.g. gold-plated components)
• Restringing
• Redesign or upgrade of your existing piece

These services are available for a minimal fee, starting from RM100, depending on the materials and work involved.
