A great experience buying my first jade pieces. Jolyn was very accommodating and communicative in organising a time/date for me to visit the showroom around my current travelling plans. Also reserved a pendant for me for a few weeks in advance that I ended up purchasing. Very very helpful in changing the length, colour and thickness of the chain to match my preference and the pendant now sits perfectly. Changing one of the chains to silver looked better than expected with the gold hook! Jolyn was also very thoughtful in delivering the pedants safely, offering alternative methods and fortunately was able to hand deliver to me whilst I was travelling in East Malaysia. The certificate of authenticity is also a nice touch. Overall, very happy with my first experience in buying jade jewellery!

Very happy with the Ametrine pendant. The lovely balance of purple and golden tones makes it looks elegant for both daily wear and special occasions. Love the green packaging and prompt delivery. Highly recommended.
