7-Day Appreciation Period (Online Purchases Only)
We offer a 7-day appreciation period for online purchases, giving you 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
While we do our best to present each piece as accurately as possible, minor differences in colour and appearance may occur due to variations in lighting, photography, and individual device screens. These slight differences are not considered defects.

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: Sale items and personalised pieces (e.g., engraving, custom sizing, customised components) are not eligible for return or exchange.
A Lifetime Service Warranty is included with every purchase.

Return Eligibility – Original Condition Required
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in its original condition, unused and unworn

Include all original packaging, the product certificate, and any accompanying accessories

Have the Security Loop fully intact and unbroken

Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Any item with a broken, removed, or tampered Security Loop will be considered non-returnable.
We also do not accept returns for earrings, due to hygiene considerations.
Items that are damaged, altered, or not returned in their original condition will be rejected.
How to Return Your Purchase
All returns must be shipped via courier.
Please share the courier tracking number with us once the item is posted.
After we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 3 working days, provided no damage, wear, or missing components are found.
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your return parcel, as the buyer is responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
Any taxes incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply return your original piece first.
Once your return is accepted, you may proceed with a new purchase.
Shipping fees for the exchanged item will be borne by the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once your return has been received and inspected, and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Refund Deductions

For purchases below RM1,500:
Shipping cost + RM15 (insurance) will be deducted.

For purchases above RM1,500:
Shipping cost + 1% of the total purchase amount (to cover high-value shipping insurance) will be deducted.
